Delete your account and data

ForgeOne™ Scope is operated by ForgeOne CRM LLC. You may request removal of your account and the related jobs, estimates, photos, reports, and profile records.

Inside the app

If you can sign in, open Settings and choose Delete Account. Confirm the deletion inside the app.

Without access to the app

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, request account deletion by emailing our support team from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before deleting the account. Do not email passwords or identity documents.

What gets deleted

After ownership verification, we remove the associated application account records and job data, including stored job photos. We may retain information where required by law and data may remain for a limited period in infrastructure backups under the hosting provider's retention practices. If a paid plan is active, we also request cancellation of the related subscription.
