1. About the Service
ForgeOne™ Scope (the "App") is a software tool operated by ForgeOne CRM LLC ("we", "us"). It helps roofing and restoration contractors organize field documentation, compare estimates, look up building-code and estimating references, and prepare scope documentation. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.
2. Not a Public Adjuster, Attorney, or Insurer
The App is a reference and documentation tool only. ForgeOne CRM LLC is not a licensed public adjuster, insurance company, insurance agent, or law firm. The App does not interpret insurance policies or coverage, does not provide legal or insurance advice, and does not represent, advocate for, or negotiate on behalf of any policyholder. Users are responsible for complying with the licensing and professional-conduct laws that apply where they work. Anyone who needs claim-adjusting services or legal advice should consult an appropriately licensed professional in their jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can request deletion from Settings → Delete Account or our public Account Deletion page.
4. Your Content
You keep ownership of the estimates, photos, and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You confirm you have the right to upload it, including any personal information of property owners or other people it contains, and you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the App for you. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share.
5. AI-Generated Output
Some features use artificial intelligence to read documents and draft comparisons, summaries, and documentation text. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as a draft: review, verify, and edit everything before you rely on it or send it to anyone. You are responsible for the content of any document you send.
6. Acceptable Use
Use the App only for lawful business purposes. Do not misrepresent facts, submit fabricated documentation, impersonate others, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App.
7. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices and plan features are shown before purchase. Purchases made through an app store are also governed by that store's terms and refund policies.
8. Third-Party References
Building codes, standards, estimating line-item codes, and product names are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification and documentation purposes only. No affiliation with or endorsement by any of them is implied.
9. No Guarantees; Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any claim, supplement, or financial outcome, or that references are complete or current for your jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeOne CRM LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the App or its output.
