1. Who We Are

ForgeOne™ Scope is operated by ForgeOne CRM LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Contact: support@forgeonecrm.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, password hash); company profile details you enter (company name, phone, email, address, license number, logo); content you upload or create (estimates, photos, measurements, jobs, letters, reports), which can include property addresses, claim numbers, and names of property owners or adjusters; usage and subscription records; and technical diagnostics such as error reports and device type. Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo or scan a document.

3. How We Use It

To run the App's features (document reading, estimate comparison, letters and reports), keep your account secure, process subscriptions, send account emails such as verification links, provide support, fix errors, and improve the App. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell or rent personal information.

4. AI Processing

When you use AI features (document reading, estimate comparison, report drafting), the text and images you submit are sent to third-party AI providers — currently OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google — to generate the result. These providers process the data to return a response under their business terms. You choose when to use these features, and you are shown the result for review before anything is sent to anyone else.

5. Service Providers

We share data only with providers that help us operate the App: hosting and database (Floot), file storage, payments (Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers), transactional email (Resend), error monitoring (Sentry), and the AI providers above. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Retention and Deletion

We keep account records while your account is active. You can remove jobs and job photos, and request deletion of your account and associated application data from Settings → Delete Account. We also remove the managed files we can associate with the account, including job photos and newly uploaded private estimate PDFs. Some earlier uploads may require manual review if they were stored without an owner association. Hosting backups may persist temporarily under provider retention practices. 7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to your account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can access and update your profile in Settings, export documents you create, and delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information; contact us to exercise them.

9. Children

The App is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
